"Check in on your mates” isn’t just a slogan - it’s something we get to do every week.

Too often, especially amongst blokes, mental health is a topic we shy away from.

But sometimes all it takes is a simple invite: "Keen for a coffee?

"One brew. One convo. One moment to make sure someone you care about is doing alright.

We’re grateful that we get to have that weekly catch-up over a long mac, and we honestly think it’s underrated.

So reach out, maybe to a mate you haven’t seen for a while, maybe even one you saw yesterday.

Ask them out for a coffee. Preferably a long mac… but (for once) we’ll allow a flat white, mocha or triple vanilla almond frappe if that’s more your speed.
