Review #199 – ☕️ Beth’s Bakery☕️
📍EAST VIC PARK📍
───
Vibes 🍃 10/10 – We were awestruck walking up to Beth’s. This bakery/café hybrid is located in a beautiful old maternity hospital that overlooks a gorgeous park in East Victoria Park. The interior is gorgeous, filled with soft lighting and an old dining room style decor. The outside verandah was packed and certainly looked like the place to be. We are certainly fans of the vibes at Beth’s.
Taste 👅 7.1/10 – Today we tried the house single origin, a natural Brazilian roasted by Loot coffee. While we thought the brew tasted balanced, with notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts and cherry, we couldn’t help but yearn for the hit of character that a blend could provide.
Temp 🌡 8.5/10 – Pretty good here, maybe a little warm if we’re being picky, but that could’ve been due to the blinder of a day outside.
Glass 📏9/10 – We are 67% sure that these glasses are 6.7 ounces. Not far off being perfect.
Froth 🥛 8.4/10 – Levels were bang on, but they could’ve been a little bit more shhhilky.
General Appearance/Consistency 🤩 7.8/10 – Tulip, Heart, tick, tick.
