📍COTTESLOE📍
Vibes 🍃 7.5/10 - John St Cafe is a gorgeous little joint nestled in the heart of Cottesloe. They have plenty of cozy spots to enjoy brekkie and a brew (and the food looked pretty damn good we might add). Nothing crazy, but it was homey, relaxing and just what the soul needs sometimes.
Taste 👅 6.4/10 – We had our first taste of Victoria's Griffith's Coffee Roasters today. While we are sure they can roast a mean bean, this drop was not our favourite. Eliciting strong notes notes of dark chocolate, and maybe even a savoury aspect, we would have loved a bit more character and sweetness.
Temp 🌡 5.8/10 - These brew-skinis were pretty damn hot. Think the blokes tanning down at the beach hot.
Glass 📏8/10 - 8 out of 10 for 8oz glasses. The milk washed out the flavour of the coffee a bit, but we can see the vision here.
Froth 🥛 7.4/10 – Decent levels, although slightly excessive.
General Appearance/Consistency 🤩 5.6/10 - Unfortunately these lmacs were lacking in the art department. Fortunately there is plenty of art inside John St Cafe to feast your eyes upon.
