📍MAYLANDS📍
───
Vibes 🍃 8.1/10 – Juni is nestled in a cozy residential part of Maylands, and is clearly popular with the locals. They boast a delicious range of bagels, scrolls and toasties and the staff are welcoming - what more could you want?
Taste 👅 8.1/10 – Juni’s custom blend from 5 Senses is a treat. This mix of Brazilian, Papa New Guinean and Indonesian beans has a really nice, punchy character. Notes of red currant, chocolate and fresh pine needle were quite enjoyable, if slightly under-extracted.
Temp 🌡 8.7/10 – On a very cold morning these brews were exactly what we needed. Great temps 🫡
Glass 📏10/10 - These glasses were in fact perfect. Barista’s kiss.
Froth 🥛 6.3/10 – Unfrotunstely two brews were well on the excesses side, a the other was lacking. Can’t win em all.
General Appearance/Consistency 🤩 5.0/10 – Would’ve loved to have seen some art on these, but we roll.
